With a robust foundation in inhalation toxicology and a passion for improving indoor environments, Hamid shifted his career in 2019. Armed with extensive knowledge as a home inspector and a government-certified Energy Advisor, he recognized a pressing need for comprehensive solutions that went beyond conventional practices.
Hamid holds the prestigious CIE certification from ACAC, earned in 2021, signifying a commitment to excellence in ensuring indoor environmental quality. Having meticulously inspected over 1500 homes in Quebec, he noticed a common issue—many spaces harbored hidden dangers like mold, asbestos, and other contaminants, often without the occupants knowing.
